Reports To: Regional Sales Manager
Responsibilities will include:
Visiting retail stores throughout Pretoria and surrounding areas
Presenting, promoting, and selling the company's products to existing and prospective customers
Building and maintaining strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and retail teams
Identifying opportunities to increase sales and expand product listings
Conducting customer needs analyses and providing suitable product solutions
Achieving monthly sales targets and performance objectives
Generating new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
Resolving customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally
Monitoring competitor activity and market trends
Providing management with regular feedback on customer needs, opportunities, and challenges
Coordinating activities with merchandising teams and other departments
Maintaining accurate sales records, reports, and territory updates
Continuously improving through coaching, training, and feedback
