Purpose of The Position
- To assist in performing administrative and operational function within the department.
Duties and Accountabilities
- Accept customer sales orders
- Generate container utilisation and make necessary amendments
- Consolidated final market orders on Sage
- Generate PFI's
- Quality check samples upon receipt
- Bin transfers
- Generated and co-ordinate full shipping document pack (including commercial invoice, packing slip, health certificate, COO and legalisation)
- Track documents until delivered
- Generate export request and facilate container container dispatch and stacking into port
