Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric)
Relevant Revit and AutoCAD certification and demonstrated practical experience.
Ability to read, interpret, and understand structural and architectural drawings.
3–5 years’ experience working as a Draughtsman
2–3 years’ proven experience working with Revit
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Fully bilingual in English (Speak, Read & Write)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07h30 – 16h00
A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport are required for this position.

5. Time Management & Performance Under Pressure: Capable of prioritising multiple drawing projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality output within tight production timelines.
6. Collaboration & Communication Skills: Strong ability to work effectively with engineers, production teams, procurement, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical requirements.
7. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment with shifting priorities and urgent design changes.
8. System & Software Competence: Strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office applications to support accurate drafting, documentation, and reporting
