Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of core accounting processes including journals, reconciliations, and month‑end close
- Prepare accurate management accounts and financial reports that inform real business decisions
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities
- Partner with operations to understand financial drivers and improve cost efficiency
- Assist with tax, VAT, and statutory submissions
- Identify gaps, streamline processes, and contribute to continuous improvement
- Participate in commercial projects that broaden financial and business acumen
- Provide support during year‑end and external audit processes
