Shelf availability, inventory accuracy, sales productivity, staff performance, customer satisfaction, store standards, stock loss, and aged stock management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Retail floor management experience preferred. Experience managing teams, merchandising, and inventory control systems is advantageous.
Skills & Competencies:
Leadership, attention to detail, merchandising knowledge, communication, resilience, inventory control expertise, fair people management, problem-solving ability, and strong collaboration with senior management.
Personal Attributes:
