Purpose of the Position:
A proactive, experienced Area Manager is required to manage all subordinate staff at multiple sites in accordance with sector strategy, contract specifications and statutory regulations. He/she is required to provide operational support, oversee contract cleaning services, training of staff, audits, and industrial relations related issues to ensure client satisfaction and retention of business whilst upholding the company’s policies and procedures.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Maximize the utilization of workforce, supplies and equipment
Ensure financial performance and achieve targets in revenue and margin growth
Manage the cost and quality of labour, materials, supplies and subcontracted services
Build and maintain client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction and retention of contracts
Ensure adherence to standards as per the respective service level agreement and business standards
