Role Overview:
The Account Manager / Sales Administrator is responsible for delivering a premium client experience, managing high‑value accounts, and ensuring the smooth execution of all sales administration processes. The role requires exceptional professionalism, accuracy, and the ability to operate confidently in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation commercial environment.
- Primary function would be to manage existing cross border accounts from end to end
- Provide sales admin support for local sales:
- Quoting
- Pricing/Costing
- Sourcing/Procurement
- Delivery/dispatching
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management — Manage a defined portfolio of high‑end clients, ensuring consistent engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Sales Administration — Prepare quotations, process orders, manage invoicing, maintain CRM accuracy, and support internal compliance requirements.
- Client Communication — Deliver polished, timely communication across email, phone, and meetings; coordinate responses to client queries and escalations.
- Operational Coordination — Work closely with logistics, finance, and technical teams to ensure seamless fulfilment and service delivery.
- Reporting & Forecasting — Support sales leadership with pipeline updates, forecasting, and structured reporting.
- Upsell & Growth Support — Identify opportunities within existing accounts and assist with proposal preparation and commercial follow‑through.
- Issue Resolution — Manage client concerns professionally, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining service excellence.
