Role Overview:

The Account Manager / Sales Administrator is responsible for delivering a premium client experience, managing high‑value accounts, and ensuring the smooth execution of all sales administration processes. The role requires exceptional professionalism, accuracy, and the ability to operate confidently in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation commercial environment.

  • Primary function would be to manage existing cross border accounts from end to end
  • Provide sales admin support for local sales:
    • Quoting
    • Pricing/Costing
    • Sourcing/Procurement
    • Delivery/dispatching

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management — Manage a defined portfolio of high‑end clients, ensuring consistent engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Sales Administration — Prepare quotations, process orders, manage invoicing, maintain CRM accuracy, and support internal compliance requirements.
  • Client Communication — Deliver polished, timely communication across email, phone, and meetings; coordinate responses to client queries and escalations.
  • Operational Coordination — Work closely with logistics, finance, and technical teams to ensure seamless fulfilment and service delivery.
  • Reporting & Forecasting — Support sales leadership with pipeline updates, forecasting, and structured reporting.
  • Upsell & Growth Support — Identify opportunities within existing accounts and assist with proposal preparation and commercial follow‑through.
  • Issue Resolution — Manage client concerns professionally, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years in account management or sales support within a premium or corporate environment.
  • Proven experience handling high‑value clients and complex administrative processes.
  • Strong competency in CRM systems and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, service‑driven industry is advantageous.

Required Competencies:

  • High‑end client service with strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
  • Administrative accuracy with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of pricing, proposals, and sales processes.
  • Time management and the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure.
  • Professional communication with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Tech‑savvy, including strong Excel capability and comfort with digital workflows
