Permanent - Floor Manager - Johannesburg (Incl. Northern Suburbs) - South Africa

• The Floor Manager will be fully responsible for everything on the floor
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the floor staff to meet production goals
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for equipment maintenance and utilization
• Train new employees on company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees:
• Schedule and assign tasks to floor staff based on production demands
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and order supplies in a timely manner
• Implement safety measures and conduct regular safety inspections
• Oversee equipment maintenance activities and coordinate repairs as needed
• Communicate with upper management to provide updates on floor operations and address any issues that may arise
