Brief Description of Key Performance Areas:
Design custom Hydraulic/Pneumatic systems as per Customer requirements
Interpret Engineering drawings, sketches or diagrams
Plan the flow of work or materials to maximize efficiency
Modify equipment or processes to improve resource cost efficiency
Prepare quotations for Customers
Oversee and inspect production processes
Analyze, estimate and report project costs
Compile operational data to develop cost or time estimates, schedules and specifications
Monitor and control inventory
Oversee installation of equipment/systems
Commission equipment/systems when required
Deliver projects on time and within budget
Problem solving and handling of Customer queries
Assist in Management of the Engineering Department
Effectively manage and ensure full compliance to the SHEQ Management System
