We are a leading Out-of-Home media owner shaping the visual landscape of South Africa’s most iconic environments — from highways to high streets. We are looking for an ambitious, brand-obsessed Sales Assistant Intern to join our commercial team and fast-track their career at the intersection of data, creativity, and media sales. Key Responsibilities
- Media pack creation: Partner directly with Account Managers to curate compelling site selections and produce polished media packs for agency partners — ensuring every proposal tells a powerful visual story.
- Inventory management: Own the real-time accuracy of our inventory systems, keeping both Live Map (digital) and Static board availability updated and audit-ready at all times.
- Market & competitor research: Conduct ongoing intelligence on competitor sites, campaign activity, and South African consumer trends — including SEM (Socio-Economic Measure) segmentation — to sharpen our commercial positioning.
- Pitch deck preparation: Support the development of high-impact sales presentations and pitch decks that convert agency briefs into signed campaigns.
- Data analysis & reporting: Leverage Excel to build and maintain campaign performance trackers, audience reach and frequency models, and ad-hoc data reports for internal and client-facing use.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work across Sales, Operations, and Creative to ensure seamless campaign delivery and client satisfaction from brief to booking.
