Based in Cape Town, servicing the Western and Eastern Cape Areas
Summary of Position:
External Sales Representative, generate sales based on the organisation’s product offerings. Success is measured by sales brought in, customer service and customer retention.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Providing technical information and solutions to clients and suppliers.
Preparing quotations and tenders for clients.
Resolving customer queries.
Provide administrative support for the production of RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and other sales related documents.
Maintain client databases.
Attending to existing buying customers.
New customer development.
Develop and grow all product ranges.
Assist with technical support on sites.
Cold Calling
Generating new customer growth.
Quote follow ups.
Weekly reports & Maintain CRM
Collaboration with the Group's electrical portfolio team.
Market research.
Assisting at shows.
Complying with any reasonable tasks given by all members of management from time to time.
Participating in providing product training to customers.
Identify New Customer base and report monthly on progress.
Flexibility of extensive travelling.
Achieve set monthly sales targets.
