Tertiary business degree of finance / marketing and or related   Agriculture degree

Advantageous: MBA and or Masters

• 5 years: Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a stable employment history

• 10 years: Knowledge Agriculture fraternities

• 5 years: Proven track record of business successes (profits)

• 5 years: Strategic planning

• 10 years: Ability to understand, analyse and manage budgets and financial report

• 10 years: Service driven industry exposure

• 5 years: Proven experience in gaining, analysing and implementing plans around market intelligence

• 5 years: Proven track record in leading change, developing people and building teams and succession

• 3 years: Display of an entrepreneurial flair
