About the role:
- The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible to establish, maintain and grow strong and healthy business relationships with both existing and new clients to the point that company becomes the preferred partner of choice.
- The Corporate Sales Executive will be accountable to retain revenue and organically grow revenue from the existing client base by upselling and cross selling across the entire product and service offering.
- The Corporate Sales Executive will be accountable, via a process of research and development to acquire new clients and achieve the required NBD revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Daily client meetings (client’s premises, company premises, Teams) with existing and new clients.
- Conducting company site visits with clients as and when required.
- Assisting with QC on first time bulk orders or as and when needed.
- Achieving and exceeding the set revenue targets for EXISTING clients.
- Achieving and exceeding the set revenue targets for NEW clients.
- Establish, build, manage and follow up on a pipeline of new leads, deals, enquiries etc.
- Complete all the required reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly basis – these will include the weekly call cycle report, daily client survey report, daily open / new deals pipeline report, monthly target vs achieved report.
- Attending weekly sales meeting with the Head of Corporate which will incorporate presenting your weekly reporting, setting up meetings, administration and training.
- Managing your existing client base into geographical locations.
- Maintaining a data base of new clients per industrial segment that you can set up meetings with and provide feedback to the Head of Corporate.
- Extend our product ./ service offering to include third party gifting / promotional products.
- Engage with the relevant CSA to ensure all order / quote components are concluded with your client ie. PO’s, POP’s etc.
- Debtors Book - Support the debtors’ book collection and ensure successful collection and payment of all debtors within the portfolio of client base.
- Assist the CSA with debriefs for presentations, quotes, orders, enquiries.
- Keep abreast and aware of the Occassions calendar and ensure our product and service offering is being driven at the client.
- Assist the CSA will all the required and necessary information and documentation for new client registrations and credit apps.
