Job Purpose:
To manage the physical flow, accuracy, and readiness of solar project stock across the company's industrial portfolio—ensuring precise picking, packing, dispatch coordination, returns processing, and warehouse stock control. The Storeman enables seamless project execution and supports operational excellence by safeguarding inventory integrity, field readiness, and warranty intake compliance.

Project Kit Preparation & Dispatch (40%):
Project BOMs accurately packed and prepared
On-time dispatch of complete kits to project team
Dispatch readiness aligned to project calendar
Proactive flagging of short stock before deadlines
Stock Control & Inventory Management (20%):
- Accurate stock binning and labelling
• System and physical inventory alignment
• Monthly cycle count completion
- Stock aging reports submitted quarterly
Returns Handling & Warranty Intake (20%):
- All project return stock assessed and logged
- Faulty items quarantined and tagged for warranty
- Inventory reconciliation of reusable vs. scrap items
- Clean documentation trail for all incoming returns
Delivery Coordination & Communication (10%):
- Accurate dispatch notes and delivery handovers
- Communication with logistics team on staging timelines
- Proof-of-delivery filed and verified post-dispatch
- Feedback loop from project team on delivery completeness
- Weekly safety and housekeeping checklist completed
- Zero safety violations reported
- Racking, fire lanes, and hazardous zones compliant
- Warehouse rated ≥ 90% on internal SHEQ inspections
