- Will be responsible for managing all on-site security operations while ensuring compliance with the client’s safety, security, and operational requirements.
- Oversee and manage all security operations across the mining site.
- Ensure strict compliance with client safety and security standards, procedures, and instructions.
- Supervise, mentor, and maintain discipline among all deployed security personnel.
- Conduct regular vehicle patrols throughout the mining site to ensure security coverage and operational effectiveness.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Maintain effective communication with the client, management, and security teams.
- Identify security risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.

- Previous experience in a security management role, preferably within the mining or industrial sector.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
- Ability to prepare clear and professional operational reports.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, transparency, and professionalism.
- Valid driving license with the ability to conduct vehicle patrols.
- Ability to work independently in a remote mining environment.
