Minimum Requirements:
1. Grade 12 qualification
2. Minimum 2–3 years’ working experience within the building/construction industry, with a preferred focus on precast concrete products, hollow core slabs, or structural elements.
3. Preference will be given to candidates with a qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Project Management.
4. Proven experience in project coordination, milestone tracking, and basic resource allocation.
5. Must be proficient in reading and interpreting Architectural, Structural, and Measurement Drawings. Familiarity with Revit or production drawings is a distinct advantage.
6. Proficient in MS Office (Excel for tracking, Word, and Outlook). Experience with project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project) is preferred.
7. Fully bilingual in English (Speak, Read & Write) with excellent professional communication skills.

2. Exceptional Attention to Detail: Critical for verifying measurement accuracy, stockyard logistics, and production requirements.
3. Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify potential project bottlenecks and independently implement practical solutions on-site or in production scheduling.
4. Team Player & Leader: Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate with production teams, logistics coordinators, and external site managers.
5. Adaptability: Flexible and highly responsive to rapid environmental changes, shifting site schedules, and urgent client requests.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (07h30 to 16h00)
Must have own vehicle and a valid driver license.
