Permanent - Manufacturing Executive - Ekurhuleni (East Rand) - South Africa

To lead and optimize the end-to-end manufacturing and operational performance of the business.
This Executive Leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, profitability, safety, quality, delivery performance, continuous improvement, and people capability across a complex manufacturing environment.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and executing the manufacturing strategy required to support growth, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and long-term business sustainability

Minimum 15 years' manufacturing leadership experience.
Minimum 8 years in senior leadership or executive-level roles.
Proven track record leading large-scale and complex manufacturing operations.
Accountability for operational performance, productivity, profitability and cost management.
Demonstrated success implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong people leadership and change management experience

Advanced Diploma (BTech equivalent or higher) in either (essential)
