Permanent - Electrician - Ekurhuleni (East Rand) - South Africa

Position in Perspective:

• The incumbent will be required to the electrical faultfinding and maintenance on all the plant equipment.

Duties will include:

• Electrical maintenance.
• Maintenance & faultfinding on AC/DC drives
• PLC faultfinding & maintenance.
• General electrical maintenance & faultfinding.
• Tool management
• General Housekeeping
• Perform duties with the highest regard for safety practices.

Minimum Requirements:

• Qualified Red Seal Electrician
• At least 2 years post trade test maintenance experience.
• Ability to maintain a high standard of work.
• Communicate well, read and write in English
• Strong mathematical ability
• Ability to use own initiative
• Willing to work long hours and shifts
• Willing to do stand-by.
• Ability to cope under pressure
