- Plan and schedule all Manufacturing Orders.
- Prioritise production according to customer delivery deadlines.
- Review and approve factory drawings before production commences.
- Manage and verify Bills of Materials (BOMs) for accuracy.
- Coordinate with Procurement to ensure materials are ordered and available on time.
- Ensure weekly stock takes are completed and inventory is accurately maintained in Odoo.
- Work closely with the Factory Manager to maintain production quality.
- Oversee the movement of materials from procurement through to production.
- Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules with Site Operations.
- Monitor production progress and provide regular management reports.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety requirements.
- Lead and mentor the production team while maintaining a high-performance culture.

- Diploma or Degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management or similar.
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing planning, scheduling and production control.
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo experience will be advantageous).
- Excellent understanding of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manufacturing processes.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
