We’re seeking an experienced, passionate hairdresser who is confident in their craft, loves what they do, and is ready to grow with our clients business. Someone who values professionalism, client relationships, and ongoing development.

• 4+ years’ professional hairdressing experience
• Strong in colour and cutting, or eager to upskill further
• Existing clientele preferred
• Passionate about hair, creativity, and delivering high‑quality work
• Takes pride in their craft and maintains high standards
• Committed to education, training, and continuous improvement
• Confident working with Schwarzkopf Professional, or excited to learn the brand
• Positive, professional attitude with a strong work ethic
• A team player who contributes to a healthy, happy salon culture
• Ambitious about building a stable, long‑term career in a supportive environment

Commission Structure

Our commission model is designed to reward performance, loyalty, and client retention. Stylists earn more as they grow, with transparent tiers and strong earning potential.
