- Create, improve and implement processes and systems to ensure the branch runs smoothly and efficiently
- Analyse product sales performance and resolve issues causing slow moving stock
- Recruit, select and on-board employees for the branch
- Review and report on the item group sales
- performance to the Sales Manager
- Call and visit the branch’s customer base (on a regular basis) to receive feedback on the customer service received
