Job description:
- A Customer Accounts Administrator (CAA) contributes to the efficiency and smooth running of customer orders.
- The Customer Accounts Administrator
- is involved from start to finish ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Accounts Administrator works in a team-based environment and plays a supportive role in company, supporting various role players from designers to production and logistics.
- The Customer Accounts Administrator will work constantly under pressure to meet the demands of the customer
Customer relations
Customer Accounts Administrator would be responsible for the following:
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Following up on a customer enquiry
Managing Customer Accounts
- CAA would be responsible for the following:
- Getting customer to complete an information sheet
- Captures customer order correctly
- Requesting quotes from estimators
- Following up on quotes sent to customers
- Ensuring customer accounts are up to date before processing order
- Processing orders on allocated systems
- Following up on orders
- Ensuring customers receive correct orders on time
Bookkeeping and maintenance
- A CAA would be responsible for the following:
- Keeping record of Customer accounts (orders, item prices, customer details etc...)
- Maintaining customer account records (orders, item prices, customer details etc...)
Collaboration
- A CAA would be responsible for the following:
- Support customer care
- Support estimators
- Support designers
- Support finance administrators
- Support production and logistics
