Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the end-to-end company supply-chain plan from source to customer delivery.
• Coordinate company sources, loading terminals, ISO containers, shipping schedules and port handling activities.
• Plan road transport, delivery routes, fleet requirements and customer delivery schedules.
• Determine customer-site company storage, regasification, metering and related equipment requirements.
• Prepare RFQ scopes and coordinate equipment suppliers, contractors, installations and commissioning.
• Develop logistics, inventory, capacity and cost models to support reliable and efficient supply.
• Maintain the integrated supply-chain programme, budget, action register and risk register.
• Coordinate dependencies across suppliers, logistics providers, ports, contractors and customer sites.
• Drive operational readiness and ensure all required supply-chain elements are in place ahead of customer supply commencement dates and full costing, as well as cost management processes are maintained at the various stages of development and implementation.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
• At least 7 years’ relevant or equivalent experience in industrial supply chains, logistics, energy, gas, fuels, chemicals, mining or infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple suppliers, contractors and operating locations.
• Exposure to Oil & Gas, company, LPG, cryogenic equipment, shipping, ports, ISO containers or dangerous-goods logistics would be advantageous.
• Strong project planning, analytical, commercial and problem-solving ability.
