Job Description	Key Responsibilities Conduct short-term technical evaluations requiring immediate attention, as well as long-term projects assigned by the Technical Service Manager. Modify existing resin systems to meet customer requirements and generate formulation packages. Prepare and update Technical Data Sheets, Safety Data Sheets and Master Certificates of Analysis. Determine suitable blend-off for rejected, expired and over-stocked products. Evaluate alternative raw materials and provide cross-functional technical support to QC, Operations, Procurement and Commercial. Product optimization and development. Conduct laboratory work for technical projects, customer queries and new product launches. Research and development. Conduct research and development with focus on new polymers, circularity and green technology. Actively engage in Lean/6S initiatives. Visit customers for trials, technical problem-solving, guidance and recommendations. Take ownership of technical service initiatives, plan and execute laboratory work, coordinate resources, prepare detailed technical reports, maintain SOPs and ensure timely stakeholder communication. Inherent Requirements	Minimum Qualifications BSc/BSc Honours or equivalent qualification in chemistry, (Analytical Chemistry or Polymer Science) Key Competencies Ability to follow established procedures while effectively planning, prioritising, and managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail, coupled with the ability to collaborate and work effectively within a diverse team environment. Experience Required A minimum of 2 years' experience in a polymer-related laboratory, with exposure to technical service functions and customer-focused problem solving.
