Job Description	Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and understand their technical and business needs. Act as the primary technical contact for customer discussions, escalations and problem solving. Guide customers on product application and optimization as well as best practices. Understand market trends and implement sales plans; forecast and monitor sales and evaluate targets regularly. Identify prospective customers and support customer events. Assist with finance agreements and communicate customer credit positions to support continuity of supply. Assist with perpetual and quarterly stock counts as required.
