Technical Sales Representative
Location: Three Rivers
Major Responsibilities: Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segments, to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
Make telephone calls and in person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
Research of market segments & territories, in a view to identify prospective customers and their potential.
Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
Monthly and weekly reports on sales, outstanding stock transfers, negative stock, back orders, and outstanding dispatches.
Growth plan to be updated weekly.
Growth tracker to be updated weekly.
Call plans & call reports to be submitted weekly.
Follow up of all enquiries and quotations.
Required Education / Experience / Skills:
Matric
Technical and or Mechanical/Electrical qualification is seen as an added advantage
Must possess 5+Years' experience in the Electrical/Mechanical sector.
Demonstrate aptitude for problem-solving.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software.
Must have market knowledge of the market and customer base in the identified area.
