- Optimize the cost of spare parts based on local supplier availability.
- Optimize the ratio of outsource services based on contractors and internal capabilities.

- Backup for all the different Areas in both plants.
- Brake down attendance -maintain and repair all kind of equipment in the factories when they breakdown or in need of repairs. On a 3 shifts pattern duty with full track on maintenance software system.
- Perform all the Jobs according to the relevant procedures and the best technical knowledge.
- Be fully conversant with layout, operating principles and flow diagrams.
- Ensure good housekeeping, health and safety.
- Follow Quality and Food safety regulations and procedures at all time.
- Ensure plant installations done comply with legal legislation.

- I was responsible for the KHS Bottle washer,(plan your maintenance for maintenance days ,spares ,plan shutdown workload and daily checks while plant running)after the washer I moved to the Krone’s Labelers (plan your maintenance for maintenance days ,spares ,plan shutdown workload and daily checks while plant running )
- Also did shift work, where you are responsible for all the Packaging machines (Fillers ,Pasteurizer, Pallatizers ,de- Pallatizer ,Caser ,Uncaser ,Crate washer ).
