Labelling and printing
Manage the entire production process
Manage wastage quality and thruputs

Also respnsible for the health and safety of the entire site (Batch processes)
Factory Manager responsible for all production processes, the laboratory, I am looking after the conversion and the finishing departement as well
Responsible for the factory budgets waste reduction stock, raw material purchasing
the planning departement and the entire purchasing department
Prepare monthly reports for the factory reporting on wastage, through puts, variances and all major achevements
Looking after the risk management committee whch reports to the managing Director
Involve with the wage negotations and all other union matters that needs attention
The maintenance dpartement falls uner my control and have turned it around by introducing preventative maintenance programs reducing down times

Managing accounts like Eskom and Rand Water Board

Was in charge of quality and production of the machine
Printed on substrates like subrates LKE Maylar 36 MIC and PET 12 Micron were introduced
