- Set-up and operate various machining equipment such as manual and CNC lathes, milling, surface grinders, spark eroding, jet sparking etc., in order to machine components to precise customer specifications.
- Attend on-site apprenticeship classes in addition to on-the-job learning while performing responsibilities on the shop floor, including die maintenance and die assembly responsibilities.
- Repairing, and troubleshooting press tools and plastic injection molding tools, supporting the tool room during die sets, and collecting and analyzing data to improve part processing and quality.
- Operating toolroom equipment, hand tools, machinery in a safe manner at all times.
