Retail : Training Administrator From 2023-09 To Current
Duties
In my current role as a Training Coordinator at Italtile, I
serve as a pivotal link between brand leaders of CTM,
TOP T, and Italtile, meticulously managing training
competency and identifying gaps within the
organisation. My responsibilities include scheduling and
coordinating over 20 training interventions, ensuring
seamless execution and comprehensive coverage. I play
a crucial role in maintaining efficient communication
channels by providing timely reminders and updates on
all training activities. Additionally, I actively contribute
to the organization's commitment to diversity and
inclusion by assisting in the maintenance of the BEE
status for the Italtile Group. Through my role, I strive to
enhance the overall training effectiveness and
contribute to the continuous development and success
of the Italtile team.
Consulting : Processing and Encashment Specialist From 2022-05 To 2023-08
Duties
I was responsible for liaising with clients, compiling and
completing necessary documents for submission to
relevant parties. My role included completing client
documents, tracking new leads, communicating with
clients, and managing billings. I conducted regular
follow-ups with all relevant parties, compiled and
submitted client documentation as needed, and
performed ad hoc administrative tasks for the team. My
role demanded effective communication, organisation,
and attention to detail. It was satisfying to see projects
completed successfully.
Consulting : Legal Administration From 2021-06 To 2022-05
Duties
In my role, I handled ad hoc client liaison, scheduled
meetings with Legal managers, completed basic
documents, and conducted document reviews for
quality control. I also tracked leads, managed client
communication and billing, and performed regular
follow-ups on behalf of Legal managers. Additionally, I
handled ad hoc administrative tasks for the team.
Digital Signage : Executive Assistant From 2020-02 To 2020-07
Duties
Management of diary schedules and travel
arrangements for both the HOD and the sales team. I
performed company credit card and sales
reconciliations while also taking meeting minutes,
creating memos and agendas. Additionally, I managed
both hard and soft copy filing of company documents
and contracts. I performed basic public relations duties
and also performed general adhoc administrative tasks
for the HOD and sales team.
Consulting : Receptionist and Personal Assistant From 2020-07 To 2021-06
Duties
In my role, I provided crucial office support by answering
calls, performing administrative tasks, and coordinating
office activities. I assisted managing directors with
admin and diary coordination, managed office
purchases, and handled deliveries while providing
support to office staff as needed.
Digital Signage : Sales Administrator From 2018-08 To 2020-01
Duties
Management of CRM systems and ensuring timeous
updates of internal calendars, playlists, databases, and
departmental supporting documents for both internal as
well as clients. I conducted weekly site visits and
prepared campaign reports. Additionally, I liaised with
clients on quotes, billings, and artwork as needed.
