Duties
Operations for 3 franchises , recruitment and training of all therapists and front desk staff. Schedule and spreadsheets of salaries. Sending weekly and monthly revenue reports to head office. Travel to head office weekly for meetings to discuss KPI and budgets for spas. Handle stock take at all 3 franchises and directly liaise with directors to update on budgeted targets. Discuss and implementation of procedures and protocols with Manager and place stock orders timeously.
Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation counselling skills development and product knowledge development
Performance management of all therapists
Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
Selling of products
Overseeing stock and merchandising
Training of new staff
Ensure the company policies and procedures are implemented
