Adhering to all POPI Act standards at all times

Project management
Attending briefing sessions and meetings
Conceptualise & implement new projects
Conduct site inspections
Writing proposals and preparing budgets
Manage below the line agencies appointed to work on events
Budget management and reporting
Monitoring and track supplier invoice payments
Evaluate and debrief service providers on their delivery after an Activation of an event and document minutes
Facilitate project travel arrangements
Submission of monthly and quarterly reports
Ensuring project support & back up for each project
Regular feedback on progress of projects to internal client and
stakeholders
Process and Procedure Management
Develop, manage, update and propose new ideas to
improve the event planning, implementation and timings
around processes and procedures.
RSVP System Management
Facilitate rsvp management system training to team members
on CVENT
Brief system owner on required modifications required to ensure
optimal usage of the system
Facilitate smooth running of the system to ensure invitations and client communication is sent out timeously.
