iGaming : CRM & Lifecycle Specialist From 2024-11 To Current Duties
- Own end-to-end CRM infrastructure including campaign architecture, technical setup, player data routing between gaming platform (Fundist) and CRM platform (Customer.io), and multi-channel delivery across email, SMS (webhook integration), and in-platform messaging.

iGaming : Marketing Operations Manager From 2023-02 To 2024-11 Duties
- Conducted a comprehensive platform requirements audit across 7 domains — UX/UI, reporting, security, marketing capability, analytics/SEO, legislation, and technical support, for a turnkey casino build. Audit output became the operational blueprint for platform selection.
- Warned against Brazil as primary target market based on competitive density analysis (1,000+ competing casinos), low disposable income data, and insufficient acquisition budget. Recommendation was initially overruled, the business subsequently pivoted to Tier 1 markets, validating the original assessment.
