  • Process all claims invoices on QSA within the correct period
  • Process all I.T creditors and ensure timely payment.
  • Settle current invoices , COD invoices on a weekly basis

Duties
I was appointed as data-capturer, after 7 months I was given the responsibility to complete the full creditors function of 28 branches and 5 Property companies
(Book value- ± R10 mil)
Capture Cashbook transactions on ACCPAC
Control and process on a daily basis all local creditor invoices and credit notes of the branches and Property companies onto ACCPAC
Keep payment schedule and debit order
Sheets up to date.
Capture all debit orders and handling of queries
Ensuring correctness of invoices by attaching and matching all relevant documentation.
Verify the accuracy of General Ledger Distribution codes on all creditor invoices
Ensure scheduled payments are authorised by Management.
Prepare EFT payments daily on Nedbank for Bathroom Bizarre, Property companies and supporting companies
Match payments on Accpac.
Process reconciliations between supplier statements and AP invoice register ensuring all recon items are cleared in the following month.
Ensure all documentation complies with the applicable SARS VAT regulations.
Complete adjustments between companies
Adhere to strict Month end cut off dates for the admin division ensuring all reports are run and all applicable cut-off functions are completed as per Management.
Manage all correspondence with the bank and other institutions regarding fleet cards,
credit cards and any other queries.
Relieve switchboard and reception duties.
- Filing documents according to internal control processes and sorting of post.
