Answering incoming customer calls

Answering incoming e-mails timeously 

Process customer quotations

Duties

 

Mainly to handle the Telkom tender and orders

In charge of the Internal Sales team (3 individuals) 

Prepare documents for the Telkom tender

Telkom quotations, capture orders 

Order stock for the orders on items not in stock 

Follow up on orders with supplier

Book training for the Telkom staff 

Follow up on payments from Telkom on outstanding invoices 

Generate invoices 

Prepare credit notes on any credit requests 

Sign off on credit notes from the team

  • Supervises internal sales activities on selected accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Sales Director.
  • Supervises personnel and develops internal sales and sales support staff.
  • Reviews progress of internal sales roles.
  • Provides quarterly results assessments of internal sales staff’s productivity.
  • Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable internal sales results.
  • Assists internal sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with all customers at any level
  • Interprets short- and long-term effects on internal sales strategies in operating profit.
  • Holds regular Formulates all internal sales policies, practices and procedures.
  • meeting with internal sales staff.
  • Supervises the sales administration function, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising Managing Director on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
  • Responsible for the planning, direction, organization and control of internal sales representatives to accomplish specific objectives.
