Insurance : Quality Assurance Agent From 2019-03 To 2020-03 Duties Active listening and Auditing on sales recordings/calls with
possible members for inaccurate information given regarding the
selling product, incorrect data given telephonically and incorrect
Medical Questionnaire data.
• Collecting and Analysing personal/company based data(selling
product) in order to identify key issues/problems.
• Whilst collecting inaccurate data, problem solving and correct
customer service must be done and monitored. Genii Analytics
were used to track correspondence from sales agent regarding
incorrect and/or inaccurate information given or obtained from
member to be rectified as soon as possible by contacting the
member.
• Should the Sales Agent fail in correcting inaccurate and/or
incorrect information the quality Assurance supervisor should be
notified via email using Genii Analytics and the problem will be
dealt with accordingly.
• Main platform used to capture all personal, medical and financial
information is CRM System. All recordings/calls with the
members as well as a screenshot of financial details to be
attached to the policy. FICA documents are only required if the
premium is higher than R2000. Failure to adhere to this will and
can result in massive company losses or close of business.
• Should there be a send back the policy has to be rectified within
24 hours, if not done so I have to report this to the Quality
Assurance Supervisor after following up and requesting why it
has not been rectified.
• Working timely and professional are key skills
• Dependability, integrity and critical thinking are key assets of
handling the Quality Assurance position in a positive professional
manner
• Basic computer knowledge/skills were required as well as
basic/intermediate customer service skills.
• Acknowledging the Voice of the customer are an essential part of
customer service and knowing your customer(s)
