  • Manage a book of customers and ensure that their needs and concerns are dealt with in my area/ region.
  • Ensure client service satisfaction, as well as potentially upsell waste solutions or other services such as Hazmat or stock items.
  • Have a keen knowledge on minimising waste to landfill and alternatives which can help reduce costs for the customer.
  • Look for solutions to upscale on-site projects and ensure that the company has a reputable Health & Safety record.
  • Reach a certain amount of KPI’s and new business over a 12-month period to grow my book value and assist the company in growing.
