- Cold calling new companies and booking meetings to site assessments in order to find a way in to do business.
- Finding gaps in the market for new solutions/ projects at companies which would make us irreplaceable to customers.
- Manage a book of customers and ensure that their needs and concerns are dealt with in my area/ region.
- Ensure client service satisfaction, as well as potentially upsell waste solutions or other services such as Hazmat or stock items.
- Have a keen knowledge on minimising waste to landfill and alternatives which can help reduce costs for the customer.
