Human Resources:
- Assisting the managers and owners with the recruitment process.
- Advertising vacant positions, preparing new contracts and job descriptions, and managing the employment process.

- Updating company policies and procedures.

- Arrange employee training (working at heights, confined spaces, etc.) and ensure all employees have up-to-date training and valid training certificates.
- Issue warnings and disciplinary hearing notices.
- Ensuring the legal team has all the required information and documentation for CCMA cases.
- Ordering and issuing PPE to all employees and ensuring all employees have the required PPE relevant to the specific tasks.
- Ensuring that Injury on Duty (IOD) claim forms are completed and registered before the due dates.
- Provide payroll information to the external HR firm by collecting time and attendance records.
Office Administration:
- Handling switchboards and emails.
- Handling all petty cash slips and cash books on pastel for the accountants.
- Handling and processing all supplier and customer payments.
- Handling all quotations for customers and suppliers.
- Liaising with suppliers.
- Processing client and supplier purchase orders.
- Generate invoices and delivery notes.
- In charge of all month-end invoices and statements to clients.
- Follow up on client payments.
- Resolving client complaints.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Maintaining asset registers.
