- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution via telephone and other communication channels.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls as required.
- Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate communication
- Accurately and efficiently enter customer information and interactions into the system.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex customer issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate channels.
- Ensure clear and concise communication with customers and team members.
