Ensure compliance to conditions of tender, contract conditions, requirements & specifications *Arranging the collection of tender documentation and attendance of clarification meetings. *Attain all the relevant information before completing the tender documents. *Coordinating, planning and input for tenders and assist with the presentation of project programmes, contract schedule and project execution as per specification. *To scrutinize, analyze the tender documentation to make sure it matches the technical , skill and experience requirements to maximize winning opportunities. *Ensure that the bid process is followed, and proper templates are used. *Attend to site/ Clarification meeting & to debrief the tendering department & circulate the minutes for discussion. *Ensuring that tenders are fully completed and submitted within the stipulated time frame and delivered at the right address. *Identification of missing documentation and the ability to drive the necessary action to obtain. *Monitor and maintain central repositories for CV's, Directory Submissions and all relevant information; Experience/ proof of qualification/ company documents. *Making sure all documentation is filled out correctly, signed and on time.
