Position is with the Ruminants, Swine & Companion Animals Business Unit.
Summary:
Responsible for the development and maintenance of business, within key accounts in the Ruminants, Swine & Companion Animal industry of South Africa and certain neighbouring countries. Ensuring the maximization of the penetration of the Company's solutions through the development and implementation of the Account Business plans, to maintain sustainable relationships with key customers.
Accountabilities:
- Develop & preserve effective relationships with Key Account’s, administrative and decision-making stakeholders within the account.
- Differentiate the Company's offer to create mutual growth based on the customer’s needs.
- Ensure communication to all key customer stakeholders involved in the decision process.
- Execute Company’s solutions with the proper resources, listen to customer feedback and drive customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales and profitability goals for selected Key Accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Gather all required information and co-develop an annual sales forecast with the client for production and budget needs.
- Develop the key Account Plan with a 2 to 3-year ambition, review it with the BUM and Country Manager.
- When appropriate, negotiate annual Agreements.
- Provide an annual Expense Plan and track expenses.
- Pro-actively schedule and facilitate Pulse meetings.
- Provide management with a monthly report that serves to illustrate progress regarding achieving KPI’s.
- On demand, make impactful presentations to Vet and Farmer customers to position the Company's value proposition.
