Duties

• Delivering food and drinks
• Cleaning tables
• Greet customers and present menus, ensure excellent customer services and always strive towards best customer satisfaction
• Prepare and serve food
• Adding orders to the pos system
• Coordinating payments
• Ensures guest needs are met
• Serve customers in an accommodating manner
• Checking back on customer satisfaction
• Demonstrating responsible alcohol service
• Handle complaints
• Maintain hygiene standards
• Arrange table settings
• Bussing and resetting tables

Requirements

• Excellent communication
• High organized
• Strong work ethic
• Must have Grade 12
• Must be able to multi-task & work well under pressure
