The New Business Representative is responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities to drive company growth. This role involves prospecting potential clients, developing relationships, and closing sales. The ideal candidate is a proactive, goal-oriented individual with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
Developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans.
Driving and achieving annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.
Achieve/exceed monthly and annual sales targets as set out in monthly / annual budgets.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
Requirements:
National Senior Certificate
Business or Marketing Certificate will be advantage
Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a related industry.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Remuneration:
12.5 K Basic salary
2.5K Fuel allowance
Commission structure
