Ensuring that all stock is ordered when minimum levels are reached and expediting of orders to ensure prompt delivery. Assisting Buyer as and when needed.

- Creating purchase orders
- Issuing purchase orders to suppliers
- Issuing documents to freight forwarders
- Tracking of open orders
- Tracking of Import shipments
- Expediting orders and ensuring prompt dispatch from suppliers
- Liaising with local and international suppliers
- Liaising with freight forwarders
- Liaising with sales team, production and QC
- Support the Buyer and Management as required
- Knowledge of Inco Terms
- Calculating of landed cost
- Reports
