  • Capture incoming claims on system.
  • Establish Eligibility
  • Manually assess claims and then calculating benefits payable on system.
  • Dealing with members and companies telephonically and personally.
  • Closing cheque runs, i.e. requests to computer room for cashbooks and printing of cheques.
  • Corresponding with members or employers via mail, e-mail or telephonically
  • Completing and submitting statistical reports.
  • Work well under pressure and towards set deadlines

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Numerical Skills
  • Good attendance record and reliability

 

Basic Work Experience Required

  • Minimum 1 year Claims Administration experience.
  • Communication Skills.
  • Telephone Skills.
  • Natural & Intermediate MS Office /PC Skills.
  • Integrity & Accuracy.
  • Problem solving and able to work under pressure.
  • Deadline Driven.
  • Able to work in a team.
