- Working with management teams to provide recommendations and solutions to quality issues.
- Assessing and reviewing all materials provided by suppliers to ensure overall quality.
- Investigating root causes of defects and recommending solutions for quality issues.
- Onboarding and training staff.
- Staying up to date with new quality control techniques and methods.
- Designing product specifications.
- Managing waste in production and improving efficiency within production processes.
- Documenting production results.
- Developing quality standards and objectives.
- Systems/Software debug, investigating, reports and testing.
- Training and correcting staff on various products and changes
- Understanding of legal standards.
- Creating production plans for new products with a focus on quality.
- Reviewing customer feedback and understanding customer demands and expectations of products and services.

- A bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years Industry Related Experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills,
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, organized, detail-oriented and highly analytical, good Communication skills,
- Data analysis and statistical aptitude, Project management skills.
