Systems/Software debug, investigating, reports and testing. Training and correcting staff on various products and changes Understanding of legal standards. Creating production plans for new products with a focus on quality. Reviewing customer feedback and understanding customer demands and expectations of products and services. Reviewing customer feedback, understanding customer demands and expectations of products and services for improvements. Recommending improvements where necessary. Inherent Requirements	A bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation or related field. A minimum of 3 years Industry Related Experience. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, organized, detail-oriented and highly analytical, good Communication skills, Data analysis and statistical aptitude, Project management skills.
