Comment moderation
- Manage comments/mentions across the various platforms. This includes hiding/deleting inappropriate comments; banning/blocking users; responding to messages
- Collect key data for lead submission where applicable. This includes Name; Contact Number; Email
- Conduct basic lead qualification as per training
- Integrate leads through the designated method
Message / Chat management
- Attend to inbound messages across the various platforms.
- Establish the reason for contact and action the message accordingly: qualify and integrate the contact as a lead; transfer to the correct department; provide the necessary information
- Collect key data for lead submission where applicable. This includes Name; Contact Number; Email
- Conduct basic lead qualification as per training
- Integrate leads through the designated method
