Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to and achieve sales and profit objectives for the company.
- Develop and execute growth-oriented sales strategies, tactics, and action plans, in collaboration with senior management, to optimize profitability within the region.
- Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships to strengthen the company brand.
- Proactively manage the sales strategy, providing regular recommendations for adjustments to senior management.
- Produce, analyze, and provide feedback on sales data related to customers and products, recommending improvements where necessary.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular and structured visits, ensuring sales targets are aligned with regional goals.
- Implement and manage sales systems, processes, and call cycles to achieve account objectives.
- Monitor and maintain sales volume, product mix, and pricing by staying updated on supply-demand trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities.
- Develop and execute sales programs through sales action plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Meet and exceed set sales and gross profit (GP) budgets while tracking personal performance.
