Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the company's financial health by directing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports on profit/loss, cash flow, and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements.
- Develop strategies for financial growth, manage investment portfolios, and evaluate financial risks.
- Work with senior management to develop business strategies and financial plans.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve financial outcomes and support decision-making.
- Oversee the Stores/Inventory department to ensure proper inventory management, stock control, and alignment with financial objectives.

Education :
- Diploma /Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Experience:
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in finance management or a similar role.
- Experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Hands-on experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial laws, and risk management practices.
- Strong understanding of inventory management practices to align inventory processes with financial objectives.
Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
