Reporting to the Quality Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (SUMMARY):
General Administration duties at the office of the Quality Manager
Assist Quality Manager with the review and amendments of the company's Business Management System
Maintaining of the ISO system
Compile Weekly & Monthly Reports
Maintain NCR system with the company's Business Management System
NCR Administrating and Reporting
Control of all corrective action requests (CAR's)
Liaise with internal divisions on customer complaints to raise NFQ numbers
Keep the Incident Statistics updated on behalf of Loss Control Officer and assists as needed
Prepare and updated monthly Health, Safety & Environment Report for distribution to Top Management
Assist the Laboratory Technician with typing revised/amended procedures as required
System Administrator of the new Quality Management System — ZIZO
Project Manager of the ZIZO System
ZIZO Training
Controlling filing and distribution of SHEQ Department procedures, work instructions, training Manuals and master documentation and the destroying of any superseded documentation (including Project specific)
Taking of minutes of meetings and scheduling thereof
Administration of all legal appointments
SHE Notices
Compiling of SHEQ presentations
Assisting with Audits
Completing of SPO's
